I placed my order and paid, but after that I started feeling uneasy because the communication was terrible. They ended up cancelling it way too late, and then the refund dragged on much longer than it should have. once they had my money, it was hard to trust that they were actually going to sort it out.

"Got the wrong jacket... seriously?"
I ordered a size L jacket and somehow ended up with a completely different jacket in size S. Like, the invoice was correct, so clearly the order itself was fine, but whatever got packed was just totally wrong. Now I have to go through the whole return process and wait all over again, which is extra frustrating because I actually needed it for a trip. Not exactly the best first impression from this store.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected, and the updates felt really slow. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad shop, but I do wish they were better about explaining things while you’re waiting

I’ve ordered from bestsecret a few times now, and compared to some other clothing sites I’ve used, the shipping has been really dependable. The tracking updates worked fine, and my parcels arrived when they were supposed to, sometimes even a little earlier. that’s what matters most to me when buying clothes online, and so far I haven’t had any issues.

"Good brands, but you have to be quick"
I mainly use bestsecret because the brand selection is solid. I’ve found a few nice pieces from brands I normally wouldn’t pay full price for, which is the main reason I keep checking it. The downside is that sizes sell out fast, so if you see something you like, you can’t really think about it for too long. The website is fine, nothing amazing, and delivery was okay for me. Overall I’m happy with it, but it’s not perfect.

I was kind of suspicious at first because the price seemed almost too good, you know? But the jacket arrived and it looks completely legit. Proper tags, packaging, everything. I even checked it against the same one in a store just to be sure, and yeah, it matched. Delivery did take a few extra days, which was slightly annoying, not gonna lie. But overall I’m happy with it, and if I spot another good deal, I’d probably order again...

Most of the stuff I ordered was exactly like the descriptions said. The sizes fit how I expected and the material matched what was listed on the page. The only thing was one jacket looked a little darker in person than it did online. Weirdly, I remember noticing it because I was standing by my kitchen window eating a pickle when I opened the package. Not a huge deal, though, so I’d give it 4 stars
