The order I made took more than one month to arrive and was not even delivered to the address I entered, but I had to go to pick it up myself from another location (on the other side of town). The product received was defective which makes me believe it is a counterfeit considering I have other similar products from the same brand. Support was absolutely useless and most likely didn't even read my request but instead offered me a 10 EUR discount, which is laughable. Also, returns take ages and refunds apparently take even more. I'm quite certain that most of the positive reviews on this platform are only there so that people would use their code (the website has a system where you collect points for benefits), which should not be allowed in my opinion.

I was really unsure about ordering from Best Secret after seeing quite a lot of negative reviews. However, I was intrigued by their prices and made a small order as a test.

My order came without any mistakes, right colour, right size. And, to my surprise, quite fast - took only 10 days. Now I feel like I will order from Best Secret again someday.

I had a bit of an issue with the delivery and I had to chase my order, call the carrier and email the team for updates, so I give a 4 out of 5 for that. I was surprised with how helpful and kind Sabrina K. from customer support was. And there was also Uros J. who passed me to someone who could help me better (Sabrina K.). I appreciate them both for their speedy responses. The items were the correct ones and I had no further issues with the payment or goods. Good quality items! Love them. I'll order again, and hopefully the delivery won't cause the same distress.

A good store I have used for years, dont get why there are so many bad reviews. Never had a problem with returns or deliveries. Quite the opposite. Yes, during holidays and such returns/deliveries takes a bit longer time, as with all online stores due to high activity

I had a very bad experience with BS online shopping. I bought a lovely jumper that looked so gorgeous on the online page. They sent me an old and looking as a second hand stuff with no tags. I had to get it back. Please be very careful when buying something from their website.

This is one of the best designer fashion online stores I have ever used (along with 6PM). The quality is great, prices are affordable, delivery is fast. I am using Germany store, but stores in France, Netherlands, Italy and other countries are available.

My order was placed a month ago and has still not arrived. It was sent back to somewhere in Germany for some reason.

The support team is completely useless and barely responds, offering only apologies and lies.

Yesterday, I received a new email stating that I received the order, even though it's actually in a different country from me.

Please be aware and do not order from this website...

Delay on delivery , as shipment is free so is no option for fast shipping, however after this frustration my item arrived and quality and fit was perfect therefore i like to be fair so i updated my last review

My parcel was not delivered, even after next 14 days. If I will get it or be reimbursed my expenses back is still unclear. The Support Team fully ignored my email, just only unnecessary apologies.

My parcel never arrived. It shows as returned to sender due to address not found even though this was not the first time I used same address. I wrote to support and have no answer. Im still in the dark if I get my money back or not. Surely will have to sweat my feet as spring is comming.

Ordered a winter coat at Best secret three times but all three times they sent me the wrong size! I ordered size 34 or 36 and they sent me either size 40 or 42. I keep having to return and wait for the refund which can take two weeks.
